Really informal and relaxed. Best interview I ever had. Felt like they just really wanted to get to know me and introduce themselves to me. They also spoke me through what progression would look like in my first few years and reassured me that there was options for promotions without the need to be chartership as they don’t believe on using that to judge an engineer.
