The process was smooth and friendly. They asked us about theoretical questions as well and how it is related to our studies, in my case, urban planning. The interviewer was a head of the division hence he was the decision maker.

Entrevista
The first interview lasted 15 minutes and was an introductory conversation, covering both technical and personal questions. It was straightforward, comfortable, and not difficult, allowing for a relaxed discussion. Not so many technical questions.
