you have to apply via their website, they will have an individual interview and group interview
they will see if you have the traits that they are looking for. You don't need to have fancy working experience, they will train you later anyways.
The interviewer was really nice and friendly, it felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. She laid down the position details and asked if I had any questions at the end of the discussion.

It was a fun interview with lots of different questions. The interview is in English. Questions related to how much time you will have, the function itself, some cases related to AIESEC, strong and weak points
