The first step of the selection process is to be accepted by AGIAMONDO itself, before presenting your candidacy to the "client" that hired them. The interviews are 4: a) with the person that explains you the contract conditions and with whom you can discuss the contribution that you will receive (they don't pay a normal salary, but a contribution established by German Govt for development workers, which is quite poor); b) the personal officer, that will make behavioral questions; c) a psychologist, that starts questionning since your childhood to try to understand how you will behave in a work athmosphere; d) the Desk Officer, that is the focal point for you and the client. The main purpose of passing these steps with AGIAMONDO is that they validate that you fit in the "general profile" that they are looking for. After you are accepted, your candidacy is submitted to their client with whom you are supppossed to have another interview. In my case I didn't arrive to this step. I had the impression that AGIAMONDO was not understanding the client's needs quite well and they never showed my that I was a good fit to the characteristics to the position. The total time you need to invest with them is 4 hours.
