Long process but very thorough and unbiased. I felt as if everyone was extremely open and comfortable to give me the space to really shine and give my best performance! Really happy and excited to have received an offer and be part of the team now. The support and positivity of the company towards its employees is really outstanding!

I recently went through the hiring process at AG1 and had an overall fantastic experience. The process was well-structured and clear from start to finish. The interviews were certainly challenging, but in the best way possible—thoughtful, engaging, and truly reflective of the company’s culture. Every conversation felt constructive and insightful, which gave me a great impression of the team and the way they operate. The only point of improvement would be the number of steps in the process. While each step had a clear purpose and helped ensure a great fit on both sides, streamlining it slightly could make the experience even more efficient.
