Conducted over the phone, 30 minutes in duration, simple informal chat about CV, some technical questions about the sector, opportunity to ask own questions towards the end of the interview.

The process was extremely competitive and required passing a psychometric screening before my CV reached a recruiter. The recruiter was very open and answered all my questions, and the discussion was engaging. The second interview consisted of a case presentation with the hiring manager and another team member. There were some awkward pauses on their side during the two-hour interview, but overall the questions were expected and aligned with a more technical profile.
