Entrevista
The interview was disappointing and the HR was disrespectful. She asked if I was willing to go on business trips to Cambodia, which was not mentioned in the job description. I declined, explaining that I wouldn’t consider it due to safety concerns and not wanting my family or friends to worry.
The HR then responded rudely, saying something ridiculous like, "I’ve been working here for many years and you don’t need to reject me like this," "I mention this because our Aeon might build factories in certain countries, and you might need to go there."
It was a complete waste of time and very unprofessional. Also when testing my language proficiency in Japanese and English, she couldn't even speak well herself, which was very disrespectful and disappointing.
On the other hand, the interview with the manager was good.

The interviewer keeps rushing and asking questions. no time to think about the questions. You can feel that the company is very busy. got the offer within 2 hours but rejected
Average, nothing surprising, mainly my working experience, professional knowledge and skills. It's just a normal conversation but the salary range is a bit lower than expected. Maybe I am not a good fit for Japanese working style.

the manager is very aggressive, and keeps asking you questions, just finished the interview in the morning and they confirmed to give you the offer after lunch,but rejected the offer
