Simple. Are you breathing? Can you pass this basic few page assessment of common sense? They hired in large batches. Those who made it through the initial in house training would proceed to field training. This process repeated itself over my 7 years. Turnover rate was very high.

They sat you down and asked you very simple questions. Then before you knew it they were shipping you off to Green Bay to go through 3 days of "training" Training went well but the trainers didn't cover a lot of the information that you had to deal with, it was always about how to "sell more"
