I thought I was screened in the first round but suddenly contacted for a phone interview. then two weeks later an onsite interview. then it's endless waiting. after three weeks and tons of emails to follow up, there it comes the offer. The interview was quite grilling. I met seven engineers at the same time and they asked a lot of questions related to my resume and behavioral.
