the first one is phone call interview (behavior questions) about 15' mins, and after pass the first one, I had 30' mins interview with department manager. they were friendly and make me comfortable to answer the question.
The interview was gon through technical and management skills related topics.
Mainly asked for the previous experience and the skills mentioned in the CV.
Also asked for the international codes used for the calculation and implementation of the electrical systems.
