Applied online, had phone interview two weeks later, then two interviews in person. People are all very nice and easy going. The first in person interview was long, I was asked a lot about my past experience, then I was asked to read some engineering drawings, and I was tested on my language skills (this position requires chinese mandarin skills). The second round was a lot easier, long as well, but I met many people.

Enjoyable interview. Friendly interviewers and informal. After interview, following offer took a long time with not much communication between the hiring team. The whole process took a long time, but i accepted the position.

Talk to us about your project management experience
I had a phone call Interview with AECOM, it was about 30 minutes long, spoke about my education background and previous internship experience, and other things. Was not too difficult of an experience but I also had 3 summers worth of internships in the industry under my belt alongside my mechanical engineering degree.

I got a call for a job position I dont remember applying to, maybe a year ago. Maybe the delay was due to Covid.
Anyways, the interviewer were amazing. They were basically informing me about the position, what they expect from me, and what I am expected to bring to the company. It was one of the best interviews I have done. They understood that as a fresh graduate I wasnt expected to know everything and with practise and experience i will learn. Unlike other places I interviewed in Bahrain where I was expected to recall every theory I learned 4 years ago..
I would love to work under such amazing people.
