Was told I will have my interview with a director and a less senior team member. The director didn't show up. Despite this, interview itself was fine and the two interviewers were really supportive. Nice people and asked all the typical questions you would expect - no complaints about them. Afterwards, director had a query about my application which was communicated through HR. This could have been asked during the interview if the director was physically present, but nonetheless I responded and was told by HR I will hear back once all applicants have been interviewed. Never heard back for months, and even messaged after a while for feedback, which was ignored. Not great when you are telling people you will get back to them.
