Applications and personality test from my memory, it was a good experience and i have no complaints about the process as a whole. From memory there could have been three video questions

1. Phone interview with Recruiting Team 2. Teams interview with Design team leaders 3 Call from recruiting team with offer and pay 4. Offer emailed through once accepted initial documentation needs to provided 5. Meet and greet with team leaders before role begins
