Straightforward process. Interviewed with a single manager for the position. Typical interview questions with in-depth discussion regarding expertise and government contracts. Also discussed the company and opportunities in the field for the applied position. A summary of the company philosophy and management structure was also explained. At the end of the interview, a preliminary offer was made for the position.

Summarize your expertise and how would it apply to the position.
Interesting and difficult. I had to do some assessments online before formal interviews with interviewers who interviewed me in an interview style. The interviewers asked questions and I answered their questions with answers.
Formal but spoken to very casually. Enjoyed getting to talk and see the office. I was asked about my experience and they types of projects I have completed. The technical side of questions were more related to my previous work and did not feel pressuring.

How does my work standout to next to a competitors.
Virtual with almost whole team on the first round and then in person with all the same people. They want the candidate to understand their culture. Then I had to take a mock property and perform a review.
