In total 5 meetings were scheduled; of these two telephone conversations and/or negotiations were run; there were two office tours were conducted, and finally one meeting with staff occurred.
El proceso de entrevista fue dentro de lo normal. Inicialmente una llamada con el reclutador, luego con los líderes técnicos y finalmente con el gerente. Explicaron las necesidades y como yo podría suplirlas.

Que experiencia tienes trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios?
Structured interview that lasted circa 1hr. Multiple open questions and a panel of 3 interviewers. Was able to ask questions at the end of the interview. Friendly and relaxed environment. Interview was followed by a tour in their premises. Excellent experience.

Entrevista
The interview process was professional, relaxed, straight forward and technical however, took along time to do the three session interviews due to availability of the interviewers.
Each interview session took an hour and the interviewer was genuinely excited to describe the role and the projects that the candidate would work on should he/she be successful.
The interviews were based on open discussion which made it very easy to talk and understand both the company and the interviewee's expectations.
