If you show you are a professional that know what you are doing they will definitely hire you.
Unclear and very long winded process.

The interview process was smooth initially, but the compensation offered was not competitive for the role and responsibilities discussed. After raising concerns and having a conversation about salary expectations, there was complete radio silence from the recruiter — no closure or follow-up. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism, especially after investing time and effort in the process.

It was mainly about my past experience and where i want to be in the future. Also they asked me about current salary and salary expectation, and if i’m willing to travel abroad for specific projects if it is required.
