The interview was with two members of the team, one more senior and one more junior but would be my superior. The interview was quite formal and maybe what you would expect of a big company. Some probing questions were asked as well as a punctuation and written test.
Initial phone screening with HR, then 2 stages of interviews. First technical interview with seniors, and second with another director, more informal and general. Questions in technical interview explored specific experience, problem solving skills and personality.

Gestructureerd proces en aardig mensen. Het ging direct op de inhoud van de rol in en ze vroegen veel over mij als persoon. Het was een prettig gesprek, HR was niet aanwezig.
