Tough interview process, multiple stages. At least 6 different stages. Multiple stages in person interview as well. Definitely the toughest out of all graduate interviews that I’ve had. They also had an online game that you had to do which was essentially a psychometric testing as well as a video interview.

The interview will be held around 45 minutes. A video interview will be access by two managers. Basically, they will see your personality and ability to describe your experience. So, you must study a little but about the company and most importantly, your resume.

Entrevista
Efficient interview process - application, online assessment, HR interview, final interview. Took some time between rounds (2 weeks turnaround time), online assessment was scenario-based, included logical reasoning and personality questionnaire. HR interview was easygoing and interviewer offered feedback on the spot. Final interview experience was interesting as I walked away with a full, thorough understanding of the job and everyday tasks. Casual conversation was nice and not many formal questions asked.
