phone interveiws follwed by inperson interveiw. people very nice calls are smooth but long. the in person interveiw is really about confirming who they talked to on the phone is also the same in person .

Normal process, started with a phone interview then in person interview. Was offered the position but declined due to logistics. Seemed like a good position working alongside kind people. I would consider applying again in the future.
