I went to the office and one of the senior planners interviewed me. Discuss portfolio, and they will ask questions about the projects during the discussion. They usually ask about size, design concept, why you chose this approach.
The first round included an email from the Talent Acquisition team that included introductory questions about motivations for the job application, years of experience, current salary, salary expectations, notice period, etc.
I was given a written test with 3 questions. 2 of them are about my comments on Hong Kong current planning news/ policy. the last questions is to calculate the development parameters with given information. it was then followed by 30-min face-to-face interview.
The whole process was a great experience. The team was very transparent about the expectations of the position and the company. They put me at ease. It was more of a conversation which helped me see their rapport with each other as well.
