I applied for the position through the company website. I received a call back, I believe 2 weeks later, and set up the interview for a that week. The interview was a group/panel type situation, and was fairly casual. Most of the questions were relating to my most recent job experiences (obviously), but since I only had a little experience, much of the discussion was directed toward how I would handle certain situations that might arise on the job. They also asked questions designed to tease how how I would handle/cope with the field and office mix that the job requires. The interview was not particularly long; I believe that it was wrapped up in about 35 minutes.

Brief casual phone interview via skype. HR rep and archaeologist conducted the interview. Friendly and interested in my personal accomplishments and achievements. Questions were fair and straightforward. No trick questions or role playing scenarios.
