It was a very pleasant interview in which the PM, Senior PM and Operations Manager asked me questions about my work experience. I explained the projects that I had completed along with the mechanical systems that I had commissioned.
2 rounds of interview. usually technical questions and hypothetical scenarios. Back and forth emails about What are your salary expectations? Questions about standards and codes. Needed to provide cover letter

2 Stage interview, both with some technical questions but also understanding career ambitions. They also showed the office and talked through growth opportunities in future with the company and their support.
Just a quick phone call and I was offered a job a week later. Interview was fairly easily with most common interview questions. I have over 15 plus years of experience so that may have helped expedite the hiring process.
