It was a good one, all candidates got together for an event. Then you got the chance to talk to the people who was going to interview you in the following day. It helped to relax you for the formal interview and get more information about the position that you applied.

basically normal questions, nothing technical, such as: do you have any relative experience in your previous jobs?
Very brief and did not manage to get in call with them. Would be ghosted for days and even weeks before receiving a response. Wish they gave more opportunity to their candidates.

How did you know you wanted to become a civil engineer.
Phone first, then on Microsoft teams because of pandemic. It was pretty easy the interview. I would interview again if given the opportunity at aecom. The branch I interviewed for was in PA.

Applied online. Only phone interview. Scheduled a date and confirm the date before interview. Asking Typical interview questions. Such as introduce yourself; talk a bit more about the project you did; why you want to join our company, etc.
