Individual interviews with Directors and VPs. Expected Panel interviews but this was not their preferred methodology. Phone screen first by recruiter then initial phone interview with hiring director and VP. Third stage of interviews was onsite individual interviews with several business area Directors and VPs and then final round of interviews was with hiring director and VP.
