The first interview lasted an hour. We went over relevant sales experience. Did a couple scenarios that will be a part of the sales process.
Upon second interview they went into detail about the pay and benefits. Due to my lack of home sales, they were hesitant to hire me. The interviewer asked for a business plan on how I would create self-generated leads within first 3 months. I emailed him the plan but I never received a response until I saw the same job posting back up on the company website

How to close a sale. Especially hard if you dont have in home sales experience.
Fast and to the point. Basically letting you know that after a brief training period you're 100% commission with no base pay. I wouldn't recommend this job if you need any sort of consistent income.

Conversational, asked them about work life balance and mentioned you work until 5pm and could definitely make over $100k. That was definitely not the case with customer care scheduling appointments past 5pm and managers having you cold call people after 7pm

They are very straight forward and detailed in what the position requires. The managers are informative and very open to your questions. They also leave you with personal info to follow up incase you forgot to ask any questions
