First of all, the people are very friendly and easy to get along with. That being said, The issues I had with the interview process are as follows. That don't come out and tell you exactly what you'll be doing(selling door-to-door). There were no real interview questions, just background on the type of person you are and the type of personality you have. They don't give you any wage information(strictly commission) until after they've hired you. In general it's a very easy interview and they seem to hire anybody.
