This is an authorized dealer in PHX by the way, Alliance Protection Systems inc., not corporate ADT. Met recruiter, sent in resume, received two interviews. Some questions just regarding sales scenarios and personality. They are just looking for people they think will be assertive and wont quit right away once they see how terrible the job is. They advertise it as $400 commission per install. But really there is all sorts of requirements on a "point" system per sale you have to meet to get 400. Most of the reps take at least 100-200 or more out of their own commission to get the sale. quantity over quality I guess. When I got hired had to sign a paper saying I would get ZERO benefits of any type, which had been advertised for the job. Company car to drive around? 25% travel? Nope you have to use your own vehicle and its 100% travel based. They give the 3 or 4 company vehicles to the boss and the established reps. No vehicle allowance either as I had seen on other posts on this site. Save your time and their time and avoid this one.

Relatively simple and straightforward. Nothing to overthink and just be yourself. Be sure to ask questions as the job wasn’t exactly what I thought it was going to be after accepting.

Quick and open. They definitely want sales reps with personality. Full of humor and slogans. Went over scheduling, how the pay system is set up, and the training process. Asked when did I want to start.
