I had a recruiter call on February 12, 2026, and was told that I would hear back by early March on whether I would move forward to interview with the hiring manager. I kept waiting and following up, and I never heard back. The recruiter, Mindy Julius, keeps ghosting me whenever I message her on LinkedIn, and she is very active on LinkedIn. I am very disappointed with this company. Worst interview experience ever!

Phone screen asking behavioral questions, like why ADT, what languages you know, they also your experience with languages that they use and ask you to tell them about a time you worked in a team, etc., then one hour technical interview
