Really smooth process and everyone was really helpful on laying out a timeline for it. Not too difficult at all and pretty average questions. The people I dealt with were great overall.

You go out in the field, do some prospecting, talk to potential clients, watch the sales associate work. Afterwards you come back and interview with your potential manager and VP. Interview can be long or short depending on how much potential you have. They're really just trying to gauge whether you can handle the day to day grind that is sales. More of a personality test than anything.
Initial call with the recruiter, then intro call with Vice President, then pannel interview with hiring managers, after that the last step is a role play with hiring managers/Vice President
