2 video interviews across 2 weeks, 1st call was a screening interview with very basic questions about my experience and information about the role (which was a 10 month contract) and the second interview/call was more in depth around the role and project and expectations along with a range of basic standard interview questions exploring my experience, client management style and sponsorship strategy - the interviewer in the second and final call didn't share their camera which I felt was a little strange and inappropriate given its a video call and at never shared a salary range or specific salary amount (again I feel this doesn't make much sense particularly given the short term contract nature of the role and when she asked me for my salary expectation she appeared to be insulted by the $$ I shared and my logic around the number ... the interview was very positive up this point, but then became quite negative. She told me it wouldn't work out based on my expectation which I also found to be quite strange and unprofessional.
