The hiring and interview process was smooth and fairly easy. I had an initial phone screen by a HR Recruiter followed by a panel interview of those in the department I would be working. After the interview we all had lunch together. A few days later, an offical offer was made via phone call. Once I accepted I received an official offer letter that included my initial salary, title and start date. The packet also contained initial new hire paperwork with instructions. On my first day we completed paperwork and a number of introductions were made.
