I passed the initial interview and the operations manager interview, and they promised to keep me updated. The process was smooth, but when I interviewed with a client, they said they would provide an update. I waited, but they did not follow up. I'm really saddened by what happened, not because I didn't pass, but because I didn't receive an update. To all recruiters, time is very precious for us. I understand if we don't pass the interview, but please provide us with an update so we are aware of the status of our application and can consider other opportunities. They expect us to be professional, so it would be fair if they applied the same standard to themselves.
