Dismissed abstract thought and creativity. I’m assuming wanted someone to just not think. Just do.. can’t make assumptions but barely took time to assess my qualifications and my answers. So quick. It’s like the invited me in for a promised job , 8 hours later 120 people are onboarded as promised and they pulled me out . Worst experience. Overqualified.

The process took about ten minutes. Two HR people asked a variety of questions. There were no trick questions, just honest attempts to see if you are a possible fit for the position.
