the HR team was very slow in setting up rounds with weeks going by with no updates. The overall org seems to be quite poorly structured too..it wasnt clear how product, tech and business teams were structured. CHRO just kept talking about all the great stuff he has done at other roles. After 2 rounds they said ill talk to the CPO but that never got scheduled. i moved on.
