After applying online 4 weeks, I got the Skype interview. There are 1 manager based on UK and 1 team leader based on Germany in this group video interview. The process including basic introduction, professional skills(according to the cv), problem solving test and misc questions. The whole interview takes almost 80 mins. I waited for almost 3 weeks with asking once per week and got "depends on balancing a mix of a number of variables" and not carry forward your application. I asked them again what are the variables but no reply. During the interview, the manager mainly asked questions and the team leader rarely said a word. They asked every piece of information on your resume. But one question gave me vividly memo that was "I saw you write html on your resume, did you use html5 often on your web dev?" and the fact is on 2008 there was NOT HTML5.

The interview was very relaxed, no hard questions. They were more focused on determining if the candidate will be happy doing the tasks for the role that they were offering.
