I arrived 10 minutes early and signed in on a tablet. This was the most pleasant interview I've ever had. My interviewer, Ivan, is so very welcoming and knowledgeable about this company. I didn't even have my usual interview nervousness. The whole interview was about 40 minutes long, jam-packed with details and situational instances about the job I'm applying for. At the end of the interview, I received a job offer for 18.5$ an hour, part-time. I will be contacted next week with my decision to take the job. I'm told the training for the job will be paid in minimum wage and if all the pre-hiring steps are completed in 45 days, there will be a 200$ bonus.

How would you handle a situation where you are at a client's home, and his/her sibling is coming in and distracting your client?
Very easy, generic questions via Zoom. Remote interview and typical questions about why you are applying, weaknesses / strengths, where you see yourself in 5 years, do you have any experiences working with children or autistic individuals, etc. etc. And then they will give you a tour of the company as well as some in person training with an instructor.
Interview was a breeze basically if u h e experience with special needs children and an I treat you get hired in the spot , questions were standard and got an offer same day

The interview went really well. Better than I expected for my first interview. Felt very comfortable talking to them. It was done over zoom and was only me that was being interviewed which made it also feel a little bit easier.
