Entrevista
I submitted an online application and not 10 minutes after, I got a phone call. It was a very casual phone interview, just asked about my experience with children with autism spectrum disorder, and confirmed my Bachelor's Degree. Because of the lack of questions, I'm compelled to believe everyone gets through the phone interview. The in-person interview was also quite easy.

If you had a cup, a ball (golf ball), and a toy racecar, how would you use them to entertain a child? (You have to show them, and you can use any 2 or 3 together or individually).
Very easy, generic questions via Zoom. Remote interview and typical questions about why you are applying, weaknesses / strengths, where you see yourself in 5 years, do you have any experiences working with children or autistic individuals, etc. etc. And then they will give you a tour of the company as well as some in person training with an instructor.
Interview was a breeze basically if u h e experience with special needs children and an I treat you get hired in the spot , questions were standard and got an offer same day

The interview went really well. Better than I expected for my first interview. Felt very comfortable talking to them. It was done over zoom and was only me that was being interviewed which made it also feel a little bit easier.
