Awful HR screening - one of the worst I've ever had. I waited 45 minutes for the interviewer, and sent one or two emails in the meantime. They eventually contacted me and asked if I could jump back on the Zoom, an hour after the scheduled time, which I did. They proceeded to read the entire job description to me out loud (I had read it many times, obviously!) and then ask me the standard HR screening questions. As I started answering, they kept interrupting me, asking me to slow down/pause, as they were trying to write down my answers verbatim. It was incredibly distracting. I was told I would hear back within a week, but I never heard from them again.
