CV and motivation letter followed by a capacity test. After the positive outcome a first interview with HR and hiring manager will take place. And finally an interview with the division head.

Tell us a challenging situation involving a conflict with the team or stakeholder and explain how you acted in this situation. What are your points to develop? How would you prioritize the backlog considering multiple internal and external stakeholders?
First interview with team members. Second one with a potential peer and a member of the management team. Final interview was with the hiring manager and a team member. In general, a very good experience. Questions were a solid mix of difficult, medium, and easy. Was able to ask questions myself and had enough freedom to make sure I came across as I wanted to.

Entrevista
Three interviews: one screening interview, one with two people in similar roles and one with a hiring manager. Very relaxed, transparent, some standard questions about why you applied and what your are looking for. They also provided a good understanding of the organization, stakeholders and processes within the company.
