The phone interview was standard questions and straight forward. If they are satisfied with the answers you provided they will schedule an in person interview with you. What I was not prepared for was as soon as you go to their office for the interview they sit you in a room alone with and present a pop quiz to you. It was a financial management test that consistened of 5 pages. The woman who sat me down told me not to use my phone, it felt like I was a student in highschool taking a standarized test. I was not informed of this part of the process at all before hand. I was completely caught off guard and never experienced anything like this during my entire professional experience.
