It was OK. Hiring manager seemed nice. Interviews were generally fine, as long as you had the technical competencies. HR took a while to get back. Hiring process was nothing out of the ordinary.
Good assist in internal audit and controls – “planning, directing, and conducting an objective evaluation of diverse operations and controls” – to appraise and strengthen Narayana’s internal control systems. In short, the program places CA freshers into the finance team where they rotate through audit-related tasks across the organization.
