Difficulties in your previous roles and parameters you took forward
It was 30 minutes interview oral and 25 mins for coding round after this the overall score is seen and even english is considered in this the level of English is also tested

Entrevista
one round of Interview with the vertical head of IT Infra and Banking sector and then the HR Round of discussion. Behavioural questions asked me to recall an experience, explain how they handled it, and describe the outcome. They encourage candidates to share stories that detail where they excelled or struggled at past jobs. Situational questions present candidates with hypothetical situations and ask them how they would respond. These kinds of questions give insight into a candidate’s problem-solving skills and how they handle workplace conflict. Evaluating the answers to these questions will help shape the final candidate list.
The process was good but lengthy.i took 1 month to complete the complete procedure. There were 3 steps in the interview process. 1st step was a phone interview and 2nd step is online assessment
