The interview process includes a mix of general and technical questions. Candidates may be asked why they want the position, to introduce themselves, and to share their happiest day at work and why. Additionally, there are specific technical questions related to Scrum, the role of a Product Owner, and project management. These may include explaining the responsibilities of a Scrum Master, handling conflicts between the Product Owner and the Development Team, facilitating sprint retrospectives, ensuring projects stay on track, and prioritizing the product backlog. Candidates may also be asked how they measure the success of a Scrum team and apply Agile principles effectively.

I had a quick phone interview. the representative was friendly, and well informed. the follow up process seems to take a while which is difficult to project other job offers or interviews.
