First Interview: Recruiter of the company talked to me.
Second Interview : Casual talk with the Manager on the phone. He discussed how I work. It was very informal and we discussed what's important to me in a work environment.
Third Interview : Technical interview with a team of four on the phone. They asked details about my previous work.
I got the offer a day after that.
