A very brief initial call which has not been in-depth screening. Followed by multilple rounds of the interviews in the professional and friendly atmosphere. It included an assignment which required significant research and preparation. The recruitment process shortcoming came later when it became clear that the company had an internal solution to the hiring. As an external candidate I have approached the opportunity with a full motivation. A very disrespectful and negative candidate experience which will stay with me for a long period. A lack of empathy for the external candidate.
