The interview process was virtual due to covid. Initial correspondence by phone to set up a phone call for general HR questions. The second stage involved technical managers asking and reviewing if skills align.
Some red tape, wish it wasn't there. Typical process, behavioral and technical questions 50/50. They asked directly about limitations in their processes, I was going to bring it up regardless.

Starts with a phone interview who explains a lot about the facility, then leads to a second round of phone interviews with the actual facility, and finally an onsite interview.
