2 interviews. The first was with the Lead of Indirect Materials and the second with an HR employee. Both interviews were conducted via phone. Their questions were very general and nothing technical regarding supply chain management. I was not accepted but was informed that the other candidate had more experience. In my opinion, they are looking for highly motivated individuals that are willing to learn, but the CVs are the priority in the selection process.
