Straightforward and simple. Checked for how well the personality is suited for the job role. Technical questions were not very complicated but relevant to the product family. Past experience was also looked at in detail because there seemed to be only minimal overlap between my previous roles and the role I was interviewing for.

Contacted by the recruiter of the company first, then did an initial HR screening, and then a meeting with the team lead. Every thing was fair and straight forward, basic HR questions and then questions about the role responsibilities
