I applied for the job. They contacted me to come in for an interview. The company was on the other side of town, took me over 30 minutes to get there and of course 30 minutes back. They interview went well - very informal. She was holding her toddler while conducting the interview. She told me to contact someone named Rachel and give her two references which I did on the same day and without even contacting my references (I know because they told me she never contacted them] she sent me an email the next day at 6:00am saying that she will "not be moving forward with my application". So I recommend not applying to this company as a result. Don't waste your time and gas money like I did.
