There were several interviews. One with a Project Director first by telephone. Then a face to face interview with the Director of the company and another one with the financial director. The Project Director asks common questiions like any other interview. However after this, he emailed me a questionnaire to complete and damn it was not that easy to complete. That's why they give you time to think about your answer. Well I passed this step. The interview with the Director of the company is an horror. I wait for long in their small corridor who was a waiting area, with a fax printer machine just next to me. It was unconfortable. Then from the face of the Director you know already if he likes you or not. This guy is not a scientific person and is doing this job for money by investing in bursary. You could tell that as he does not ask question on the job, but on things that have nothing to do with the job. Be ready to answer to question on mathematics, problem to resolve because he is an engeener. Also I found the director was not very pleasant.
